I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Munster with a great location between the train station and the old city center. The staff was very helpful and the facilities were top-notch. I loved being able to request a pillow from the pillow menu. It was just a short and easy walk into the charming inner old city, and the proximity to the train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.

The staff were very friendly. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a comfortable and quiet room. The breakfast buffet was good. Parking was convenient behind the hotel.

It was a nice stay, we enjoyed the hotel as well. However, diner in the hotel restaurant looks nice, is expensive, quality of the food is good but the taste is very flat. We thought we had a good deal (eur216 / 2 nights), but the room was small and the bath was too short.

Easy parking and friendly, helpful staff. Large, clean room with minimal noise from nearby train station. Short walk to shops and city center.

Great way to end our trip. Superior and fairly clean place. Marvellous and handy location at a moderate distance from a cathedral church. Based in a central area. Units with kingsize bed. Fantastic service, parking behind the hotel. Late check-out.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options.

The room and bathroom were quite small for the price we paid. The internet connection in our room was very unreliable, which was frustrating.

The duvet was much too short. 3 pillows to choose from but the duvet came only halfway up to my chest! And I'm not exceptionally tall (about 1.85 cm).

Everything worked well, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel was quiet. It was also quite luxurious.

After some 20 years since my last stay in Munster, the Kaiserhof was an excellent choice to see the sights and meet up with some friends. An excellent hotel and more importantley excellent staff.

We had a two-night stay at Hotel Kaiserhof and were pleasantly surprised by the perks. Instead of room service, they offered us two complimentary drinks, which was perfect for our short visit. Our upgraded deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. The location was unbeatable, right next to the train station and at the entrance of the historical downtown area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, even in the middle of the night. The unique "Pillow Menu" caught our attention and we can't wait to try it next time. The hotel had great facilities and the breakfast was amazing, with high-quality products. The price/quality ratio couldn't have been better.
